Cancellation and Modification Policy

If for some reason you need to modify, cancel, or change your order, please do so within three business days of your initial order. After the period of three business days however, it is possible that the work on the furniture has begun and there may be required additional charges. You will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Also, changes or modifications to the order after this three-day period will be subject to the same restocking charges
Returns Policy

Mrppi Amish Furniture will accept all returns and pay for shipping costs associated with our warranty that covers all consequential defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. We will also accept all returns connected to damaged furniture caused during the shipping or delivery process , and except all responsibility for the shipping expenses.
Shipping Damage Policy

Even with the best of care in the packaging and wrapping of furniture for delivery, there is still an opportunity for damage from accidents. If you notice a piece is damaged in shipping, we will resolve the situation as soon as possible. Let us know and report the damage to us as soon as it is discovered, within the first days of receiving your furniture. If the furniture was shipped by UPS or another furniture mover other than our deliveryman, be sure you keep the crating or packaging. Send photographs and we will determine the extent of damage and the best approach to repair it. Your cooperation will assist us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If your freight is delivered by our delivery service, please call us if possible while our driver is there, so the furniture could be returned and repaired sooner.

If a problem happens and damage exists from the delivery, Mrppi’s desire is to resolve the matter quickly and to repair the damage to the customer’s total and full satisfaction.

Delivery Times

Dining Room Tables: 6 to 8 weeks depending on the style of the table. There are some styles of tables that are almost always in stock, and ready for immediate delivery. A list and description of these tables will be available.

Hutches, Servers and Sideboards: 8 to 12 weeks for hutches. 6 to 8 weeks for servers & sideboards.

Dining Room Chairs: 6 to 8 weeks.
Delivery Policy

We ship orders using three reliable methods.

Our most popular, and preferred method is what we like to call The White Glove Delivery. We use this delivery for larger pieces and larger loads. Each piece is individually blanket-wrapped,and carefully loaded into the delivery trailer. Our driver will call ahead to make arrangements for the delivery date and time of delivery. When your load arrives our delivery man carefully sets it up in your home. He will ask you to inspect the furniture, and sign a bill of lading or a receipt. You will have the opportunity to make comments including the date you received the furniture and about the condition of the furniture you have received. In your comments, you will be given opportunity to note if you are satisfied or not satisfied in writing.

For the smaller pieces or smaller loads we prefer to use UPS delivery. They are reliable, provide tracking of the shipment, and like the first method listed above, you will be asked to sign the bill of lading.

The third delivery method that we use is professional furniture movers. Unfortunately we have no way of knowing ahead of time when we will be using this mode of delivery until the driver routes the deliveries for the specific load that is being delivered. In this case, if most of the deliveries in that load are in one part of the country, and one delivery is in a different part of the country, that delivery will go out with the professional furniture movers. This will allow us to save time and mileage for this delivery. We will carefully create this load and send it with a reliable firm in that specific part of the country, such as Bekins or Yellow Freight. When the furniture arrives in your local area, a delivery agent will contact you to make a delivery date and time. The agents will unpack the pieces, and remove the packing crates. When this is completed you will be given the opportunity to inspect the the pieces and sign the bill of lading, and list your comments of satisfaction or dissatisfaction in writing. In this situation this mode of furniture delivery works well.

The actual delivery time should take only a few days once the load leaves. You will be contacted by our delivery department as to when your estimated delivery date will be, and an approximate time and again later by our driver as to an exact time of the delivery.

Our shipping prices are calculated using a formula factoring in the prices of your order and the state where you live. This allows us to give you the fairest delivery prices with the best service possible.These prices will be factored and added to the total price of your order.
Security Policy

Because we accept sensitive information from end-users such as name, address and credit card number, Mrppi uses Thawte:Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect all of the customer’s personal information. This logic encrypts the data being sent and received using high-level encryption technology. This technology assigns undetectable codes to data transmissions that only our server and the consumers can validate.This ensures that no external party can view the data.
